No Date: Pain in right hip, down leg when ovulating

Hello! Another question, since it came back to remind me today...when I ovulate I get quite a lot of pain in my right side, feels like something pressing on the inside of my hip. This pain will radiate down my leg and into my lower back above my tailbone and it is painful to walk. I have cysts on my ovaries so I'm sure that the right one is the cause, but my scans showed my left ovary to be covered in cysts and it is measuring twice as large as my right. Now, is it possible that the pain is radiating from my left? Or if it is my right, and I have it removed because of the pain, is my left one even going to last being like it is? I plan on asking my doc, just didn't know if there was anyone with similar experiences out there. Thank you ladies!

I had a swollen ligament on the left side of my spine once and it caused shooting pains down my right leg so I guess it could be possible for your left ovary to be causing the problems. Discussing it with your dr is a good idea.

I'm in cyst land myself and it's so ******* painful I am having a LOUSEY summer...I am having to vacation at home this year as it can just hit so bad sumx. I have the same symptoms. I had to complain a lot to get diagnosed..found myself in ER a couple x (I had one rupture..they never found it...I got a CT scan later by a walk in doc that finally took me serious). Anyway...I'm sorry it hurts and thanks for letting me rant LOL! I don't know what kind of cyst I have yet but I am going to ask my gyn to take it out & remove my ovary....just sick of the whole thing!
