Sleep?

I have to leave the house at 4:45 am. I am not sure how I am going to sleep tonight. Anyone else have this issue the night before?

Sleep?

Yes, I had some trouble sleeping the night before my surgery.

The upside is that it doesn't matter if you're well-rested when you go to the hospital... and you'll quite a bit after your surgery.

to you. May you find some sleep tonight.

Sleep?

I had my Lap and ablation done in November last year and I didn't sleep but maybe an hour the night before. This time I am sure I wont sleep at all! I asked if I could take a Benadryl the night before my Ablation to help me sleep, my dr said it was ok but it didn't work at all.

Sleep?

I think one thing I am looking forward to during and after surgery is sleeping. I have been so anxious, I have not been sleeping well for a month. Good luck to ya. My rest find you

Sleep?

Sleep? What is that? Since I've found this site I stay up way too late reading and reading and reading.

I would think it is very normal to have trouble sleeping the night before surgery but I think that won't really hurt you. It's not like you have a lot to do physically while they are doing the surgery.

I asked the doctor today if I can take my Rozerem if I needed it and she said sure. She also offered me some thing to calm me down but I told her that was not necessary.

Hope you find some peace.

Sleep?

I find myself up late reading this site too but it helps. I am at least looking forward to sleep after surgery! One positive outlook on the whole thing. I am nesting and feeling like I am on an emotional roller coaster with the lack of sleep and anxiety. I agree with the chat area for the people who are up late!!!
