Home from castle

I am now a princess!! To all of you LIW for a TVH there is nothing to it. This was a breeze. In fact the most sore thing on my body is the vein they ran the IV thru. I went in at 8:30 Thursday morning, was out of surgery by 10:30. Slept most of the day. By 7:00 pm they had removed my cather and my IV (but left the port) and I was up and walking. After Lunch on Friday I had passed the magic gas (hahaha) and was set free. The ride home was a little uncomfortable but not to bad. Now I am having to be very careful because I feel so good. The DR and nurses warned me to be a good resting princess until I have my check up in two weeks.

Glad you're back and doing well.

Now be a good Princess and don't overdo it, no matter how good you feel. Just , lots of fluids, and take short walks. And no vacuuming, mowing the lawn, or

Glad everything went so nicely for you. Remember your princess training and be sure family and friends treat you royally. And don't make me send the pillow police out there!!!!!
