LSH Still cant go !!!! HELP ! (Updated!)

I take "Natural Calm" from the health food store. It's raspberry lemonade flavored magnesium powder. You take a teaspoon in a couple ounces of water. Don't over do it. It's not like those Magnesium bomb drink things in the bottle. You go nice potty in a very short period of time with no cramps or anything. Nothing but flavoring, Magnesium and Stevia.

It also took me a few days to go. It sounds like you are doing everything that you need to . Sometimes a hot cup of coffee can help also. Unfortunately the percocet are horribly constipating- I found this out years ago after giving birth, and again after my hysterectomy. I really tried to alternate the tylenol and ibuprofen throughout the day and save the percocet for bed time.

NO WORRIES!!!! MILK OF MAGNESIUM IF AWESOME!!! Had My surgery May 24th, was fine until that Sunday.....OMG!!! I was afraid to push to go...drink Milk of Magnesium...YOU WILL GO!!! Good Luck!
