7 1/2 weeks post op pain

I would love to know if anyone else has had this issue:

I'm 7 1/2 weeks post op from my second oopherectomy. I had a partial hysterectomy in Jan '09, lost my first ovary to severe torsion and large cyst in Aug '09' then had a cystectomy and fixed my third torsion 9 weeks ago then finally an oopherectomy on that (my last) ovary 1 1/2 weeks later because it immediately had retwisted. From 2003-2013 I had a total of four torsions that were fixed then reoccurred before losing the ovaries.

I realize my body has been through a great deal this summer, but I am still having pain on my left side, more towards my lower back. Sometimes it feels more like a pressure or tightness and others it just hurts. In fact, over the last few days its been more frequent.

I don't want to keep running back to the doctor. As you can imagine, the doctor bills have been ridiculous after two back to back surgeries, but I also am not one to go to the dr over every little thing. I also hate mentioning being in pain still because I feel like they hear that all of the time, and I don't appreciate the way the phone nurse acts like I'm some sort of drug seeker.

I'm on Minivelle patches, and the hormones seem to finally be mostly under control again, so I don't believe it to be surgical menopause related since it's the same type of feeling from pre surgery (just not as intense).

Has anyone else experienced this post surgery nearly 8 weeks out or have a theory as to what it could be?

Thanks so much for input. I just wasn't sure who else to ask, and I'm feeling so frustrated as I want to be back to "normal", or whatever that equivalent is after being emptied of all my reproductive organs.
