2.5 weeks post hysterectomy: When I lift anything and use my core I can feel something moving in my abdomen

Hi all,
I have been recovering really well, after day 4 it's been a pretty smooth recovery over all! I had a post op today and the doctor said he doesn't have any restrictions except intercourse. When I lift anything and use my core I feel as if I can feel something moving in my abdomen, and like something I pushing through my abdominal wall/muscles. It's around the belly button and a little above.
The doctor said I don't have a hernia.

Has anyone had that?

Now that your restrictions have been lifted, I'd suggest starting off cautiously and working up gradually. If you haven't been lifting anything more than 10 lbs for the past 2 1/2 weeks, you don't want to start off by trying to lift 50 lbs.

In my case, I was allowed to lift up to 10 lbs for the first four weeks, then up to 30 for the next two.
