Granulation Tissue 4.5 months post hysterectomy

Hi Ladies,

I am hoping someone has some advice or exerience and can help me out. I am 4.5 months post op and have had some bright red bleeding andnpain during intercourse, turns out I have some granular tissue. My doctor can't even touch it because it causes so much pain so I need to have day surgery to get it out I am terrified. Any advice? He says I can go back to work the next day but I pushed myself too hard last time.

Re: Granulation Tissue 4.5 months post hysterectomy

I am 4mos post op and had some about 2 weeks ago. Dr pulled it out in office. Was pretty painful. Feeling much better although I wonder if there is some on the outside of the cuff seam (inside my belly) as I still sometimes have some discomfort after intercourse or exercise. It's too bad they can't just numb it somehow to remove it for you. Maybe that's what they plan... Good luck to you.
