22 years old, at 4 weeks out decided I'd had enough of being in bed, went back to my own house (staying with friends) cleaned all day, put my 2 yr old to bed and realized, when did I eat? when did I sit down? when did I lay down? when did I pee?!?!?!?!
Went back to stay with friends for another 4 weeks before I was able and ready to come home unattended. take it from me, it really doesn't matter if you are young, and active, major surgery, is major surgery and deserves a certain amount of respect!!
