Castle date - Questions

I was waiting until after the holidays to schedule surgery and after meeting with my Doc yesterday and determining that I could have a TVH we scheduled surgery for January14th. Now that I have an actual date I can begin the count down. I will be checking back regularly to get advice and support from all you ladies.

Anyone else had a TVH due to Adenomyosis? what was recovery like. Doc told me I would be out of work for 4-6 weeks, no driving for 3 weeks no lifting anything more than 10 lbs for about 4-6 weeks as well. Anything will help
