Going Crazy

I am losing my mind. I feel like a prisioner. I can't leave the unless I get someone to take me out of the house. I can't do anything for to long cause I get crampy. I started having night sweats or mid morning sweats cause I can't get to sleep until about 5:00 am. My bed was soaked. I wan't to change the sheets I can't do that. Now it is all really starting to get to me. I feel like crying and that is so not like me must be the hormones. I still have one ovary I guess it is not working very well. I am usually such a happy go lucky person and I feel so far removed from that. I know I need to give myself more time but I just can't take it anymore. I guess I am geting depressed. Who knew it would only take a week and three days to get that way. Is anyone else feeling all I guess hormonal and crazy. I went out for a little while with my MIL yesterday to get more pain medicine and to lunch. It did not seem to help just made me crampy but less crampy than usual so I guess I am on the mend. I can't even sneak out cause my DC are home on fall break and they will tell on me. Maybe I can bribe them he he he he. Listen to me I am talking about escaping and bribing my children. I need help! I think I am going to call my mama for a pep talk she is so good at that. You are never to old for mom to make it all right. Sorry for my rant but I do feel better. Back to bed

Going Crazy

Can I go crazy with you? I feel the same way you do. My surgery was on 9/28 and I'm already stir crazy. I have no one to take me anywhere, not that I'm really up to going anywhere as I'm still pretty sore and walking takes quite a bit of effort. I'm so anxious to just feel better and get on with my life.

We can keep each other company.

Hang in there and post all you want. We're all here to help. We understand!

Going Crazy

I feel your pain. I am now 2 weeks post op and going a little stir crazy myself. All they really say you can do is light dusting and believe I try to dust anything I can. Things are starting to get better, I can go on short outings a little better than before but still tire easily. Hang in there! I don't really enjoy watching TV or anything so I spend most of my days at my computer. If all else fails I call my mother or sister. I am getting ready to make out bills and I am actually getting excited about it. I am just like you I need to keep busy with things or I go nuts. Anyhow, good luck! My hubby reminds me a lot of women would love to be you right now and you only have a few more weeks, guess we should be enjoying it, huh!

Going Crazy

The cabin fever was the worst part. I'm so independent, and all of the sudden I was as helpless as a new-born kitten. Thankfully, it's only a temporary thing. Hope things get better for you soon. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
