On my way

Am on my way tomorrow for full abdominal;luckily I have spent much time reading the advice given by all.
It has made me feel "less anxious". My daughter just returned from college with a beautiful plant from her dormates and a beautiful "gossip magazine collection" with a heartfelt card...This brought me up, since I appreciate this much more now than tomorrow when I won't be with it am now..going out to get some flowers
for the yard and enjoy the sunshine, which thanks to my daughter, husband, family and friends (like you) has inspired me to rock on:

Sounds like you are ready, Patti P! The best day of my life was when I came home without a uterus.

Good Luck Patti!!! An anethesiologist should come to see you before surgery. Just let him know you are nervous and he will give you something in your IV to relax you. After I got my shot, I immediately felt relief and don't remember a thing until I woke up in the recovery room. Let us know when you get home when you feel up to it.

PattiP ready to "rock on"

It won't be long now!! Good luck today for the perfect surgery. Yes, talk to the anesthesiologist. Mine was a great help for me. Sounds like you have plenty of great support. Looking forward to hearing from you when you return home and are up to posting.
