13 weeks post hysterectomy: swelly belly and no mojo - not sure how to deal with this :'(

I am 13 weeks post opp, had full hysterectomy with TVT.
Im feeling different within myself. Before the surgery i was a gym junkie 6 days a week 1 1/2 - 2hrs a day.. now ive got swelly belly, NO gym mojo what so ever and feeling fat and disgusting. :'(
Not sure how to deal with this nor how to get my fitness mojo back..

Oh and my sugar cravings are endless :'( i wasnt a big sugar eater before hand now im consuming it daily.

I hear ya, I'm 31/2 weeks post surgery. I've been advised to walk only, no heavy exercise, for a least 3 months after released by dr. While we may feel better we are still healing on the inside.
For me I take that to mean, no spinning, no smith machine, no leg presses. I'm thinking maybe swimming, if dr. Ok'd it and stationary bike without high intensity.
Walking will make you feel better. Hang in there, I know it's hard.

Thanks. My dr said i could do HIIT (high intensity) workouts but after looking after our 4mnth old foster child and picking her up all the time i had bleeding so im so glad i never did the HIIT workouts. Ill start by walking but with swelly belly i just dont feel confident in getting into my tight gym gear. Lost all mojo.
