Surgery consent signed!

Went today and signed my consents and got instructions for the bowel prep....Fabulous. Surgery is March 14th at 9:15 am. Sounds like a long time away right now, but I'm sure it'll go fast considering Jan flew by.

Oh and it turns out my BP is fine. I stopped by my docs office and they used an appropriate sized cuff and my BP was 110/80 instead of 150/100. Good thing it's okay.

Over the next month I'll start to get some stuff ready for the BIG day.

Wow, my surgery is March 11, and my pre-op is not scheduled until Feb. 22, with the anasth. appt. not until March 4!!

It must feel good to have that out of the way!!

<<mweaverrn>> I am scheduled the day before on the 13th.... We will all keep each other company. I know what you mean with it seeming so far off but I have milestones along the way. My pre-ops start 4 weeks out (2 surgeons and hospital preop) Retirement for two ladies at work and a friends birthday. Time is going to fly right by us.

I already have about a weeks worth of meals frozen and am off to a good start. Getting the kids to keep the house clean is another story...lol
