Light pink spotting after sex

Hello.

I am 18 months post op and a couple months ago, I started having occasional light pink spotting on the TP after intercourse. It only happens after I wipe, and after sex. So I decided to go see my GYN/ONC, and urine culture and papsmear came back OK...she thinks it could possibly be cystitis. But I'm not 100% sure it's from urinating. I feel definitely feel good about the normal pap results but scratching my head now.

Anyone else have any clues?? I had cervix, uterus and tubes removed & kept both ovaries. I am 34 and not menopausal.

That is puzzling. If it keeps happening, I'd be inclined to go back and be sure the GYN onc took a thorough look, which I assume she did the first time. It doesn't seem it should be happening so it would be good to have an explanation. If you could get in to be seen, even by the GYN or GP, when it's actually happening, that might help, if nothing is found later. I hope you get answers soon.
