Had a TVH and have a question

Hi my name is Gia. I had a TVH two weeks ago and I feel great and most likely over doing it because I don't even feel like I had surgery. However i do have something bothering me. I was hoping if anyone who has fully recovered from their TVH can give me some insight. I am worried that because I had my uterus removed vaginally that I will not be as tight as I was before surgery. Things don't look the same as they once did and I am freaked out about having sex with my husband in four weeks. Will I feel looser to my husband or that my husband want enjoy sex with me like he did before sugery. Please, if this has crossed your mine or you can hive me some answers it would let me know I'm not alone.

Re: Had a TVH and have a question

I had a TVH. Things were swollen down there for weeks but that went away and everything looked normal again. I'm no tighter or looser or shorter than before, seems the same. I hope this helps.

Re: Had a TVH and have a question

I'm a bit worried about this too - but my Dr told me pelvic floor exercises were the solution, but not to do any until 6 weeks post-op because everything else needs to heal. Fingers crossed! But I'm only 12 days post-op so it's a while before I can "test the theory" so to speak!
