go figure! I slipped and fell!

yesterday, after doin a little too much, I said that I wld take it easy. I noticed there were no more buns in freezer for lunches, so I had to go to the grocery store! Walking in the store ( yes ) such a pretty sight, my foot slipped and I went sideways into boxes of cookies !!! I am not sure if I have done something??? Two words...sore and crampy! Something just does not feel right? I am gonna go and take a tylenol3... Am I being too careful??? Thanks Karen

Oh Karebare sorry to hear u fell ; you might want to place a call to your Dr. just to let him/her know what happened...............I don`t think you can ever be TOO careful........I think your doing the right thing REST today and please call your Dr. okay???? I hope you feel better soon!!!! ......many `s to u................

Thank you miss Kitty for ur advice! I have to take my daughter for a checkup, so I will for sure mention it to him!! It feels like period cramps..

Oh my god,
that is my ultimate fear !!! In December I had a D & C and lapro.
A few days after I went to the store and slipped. I did not actually go down but my my was I sore after. Now this time round 8 days post op. My boyfriend will not let me out of the house. He did have to take me to the bank two days ago , but he walked in there with me. He has told me several times that I am not allowed to leave the house...!!
Hope you feel somewhat better soon and take it easy

thank you Danette. I do plan to take it easy today. I just walked my kids to school and like I have read here b4.... one step forward two steps back! I guess it is just not one of my better days
time will tell !
great to have such a caring boyfriend! Its funnie.... mine DH seems to think that I should be fine by now and back doing everything! Maybe this is why I tend to overdo it!
