4 weeks post hysterectomy - burning sensation & aching?

Hey ladies - I've been doing really well since I stopped bleeding. I've been doing light housework and shopping ( still no lifting) and still a lot of resting. I'm only taking ibuprofen. This morning I got the worst burning feeling in my pelvic cavity. I only kept my ovaries. My breasts have been sore too... maybe im.ovulating and it's irritating?

Any advice or similar experiences? I just took more ibuprofen and I am in bed.

Thanks!

Re: 4 weeks post hysterectomy - burning sensation & aching?

Sounds like your ovaries are awaking and working. Is this about the time you would have your period? Also, the hormonal change could also be affecting your bowels causing them to hit tender spots inside.

Are you running a temp?
