4 days post op from davinci and feeling ugly!

I had to have my husband help me clean my wounds today and the face he made while helping clean made me feel very ugly and needing help from him is making it worse. I needed him to tighten my binder and then help me stand so I could put my pants on and his face was all scrunched and just the look made me feel gross and ugly. This is depressing and the pain is still there. I take my medicines and I still have some pain. I don't know what to do and I don't want to depend on anyone but I'm in so much pain that I need the help at times. I don't know what to do. I know that I did too much today and that's why I hurt. I want to be back to normal.

I am so sorry, but things will get better, the very first weeks are the hardest, as times goes you will heal, the pain will be less and you will be pretty again. make sure you take your pain medication.
