Just wanted to say I am here to listen also. A lot of us went through the stages of crying over nothing. It takes a long time for you to feel like yourself but you will. I experienced menstrual like cramps at about 4 weeks. The dr told me they are phantom (sp) cramps the same way someone who loses a limb still feels like that limb is there. Please post with any other questions you may have.

I also had a TVH and I kept my ovaries. I have been having mood swings and crying all the time to. The Dr. told me that some of it is caused by lack of estrogen because they removed the uterus and it will take the ovaries time to adjust to it and some is because of depression. You are still early in your recovery to think about depression but I was 10 weeks out and then I had had enough so I called my Dr. And therapy will be more then likely the Kegel exercises like the other sister said that will strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. I sure hope you start feeling better.
