No bowel prep
my dr doesn't do a bowel prep, I'm fine with but has anyone elses dr said they don't do the prep? I had a colonoscopy last month and did the miralax so I know what to expect but if I don't have to do it fine.
anyone else not do it?

didnt have one either. Not necessary now days. The colon is the digestive tract, thats why.

I had TAH/BSO and no bowel prep. Also have Stage IV endo and dr said I had a lot of bowel adhesions that he was able to resolve during the surgery.
I'd recommend having GasX on hand for afterwards,
