ARG! SDI Claim Delay!

Hi Ladies,
I know this is not directly related to recovery, but is definitely impacting my peace of mind during. Have been waiting to hear about my state SDI/EDD payment and just found out today my doc didn't file my time off form! She is out of the office until 4/10, the day I have my follow up. Any Sisters from California who can give me an idea how long it will take once this form is filed? I am the sole provider for my family and things are always tight. Soo don't need money worries right now!

Is there not a nurse or another doc in the same office that could fill out the form for you?? Or perhaps a doc that is on call for your doc?? So sorry to hear you are having this added stress on top of your recovery!!!
