Doctors in Winnipeg (2014)

Hi,
I am supposed to schedule a Hysterectomy for mid February due to several fibroids and one that is extremely large. I have tried new drugs to shrink it but they didn't work. Now I an questioning whether my OBGYN is the the best person to do the surgery as I've read some horrible reviews on Web MD.
Can anyone from Winnipeg share their experience and whether or not they would recommend their doctor? I'm not sure how to find the best surgeon.

Hey there!

I had a complete abdominal hysterectomy with BSO on October 2nd at Women's Hospital. My gynecologist is amazing! <Doctor's name has been removed per website guidelines. > did both c-sections and tubal ligation for me as well. Amazing bedside manner and will always listen!
