You Have To Try This Easy Cake

This is an easy no bake cake, and everyone loves it!

Get: 3 or 4 almost ripe bananas, still firm but yellow skinned
(no brown spots yet)
1 regular size box reduced fat Keeblers Vanilla Wafers
1 regular size reduced fat Cool Whip (2 pints)

What you do:
Get a plate or pie tin, and place a layer of the cookies on the bottom. Next, slice banana over it to form another layer, then a layer of cookies, then bananas, continuing in this manner until cookies are used up and cookies are the top layer. It may or may not take all of the bananas, which you just eat up the extras. Now, cover tightly with aluminum foil, and press a little all around to make sure it is a tight seal. Wrap the WHOLE THING, top and bottom. You are sealing in the moisture from the bananas. Refrigerate at LEAST 8 hours (or up to 12) THIS IS THE CRUCIAL STEP, DON'T TRY TO RUSH IT. (you can go get your nails done while it is "baking", or take a nap, anything but housework)

Now: take the cake out of the fridge, and press a little on the top to press out air pockets between bananas and cookies. It may go down almost halfway, which is ok, as long as it is still about 2" high. Then, remove the foil and ice it with the cool whip. (pile it all on, it looks spectacular.)

This cake totally fooled me, my sister made it and I couldn't believe she had found time to make this delicious cake, with 2 small kids and 4 dogs. When she told me it was just fresh bananas, cool whip, and nilla wafers, I flipped.

TRY IT! IT WILL BE A FAMILY FAVORITE yumyumyum
