excessive sweating under belly, groin...yuk!

Help! I've just started this crazy sweating. Never even sweat before the Hyst. This is like nuts. I carry around 3-4 pairs of panties with me wherever I go.

I've been a year without too many problems after a total hysterectomy. First few months were a killer and I did opt for hormone replacement and it has really done well for me. Everything else seems okay except for "down there!" Is it hormonal balance?

I know that I've gained about 15 pounds without any change in diet or (lack of) exercise, and I have a bigger belly than I used to. I was warned this could happen. Is that the cause? I can't exercise because of a serious pre-Hyst. problem with my neck. If this is the problem, yikes... what else can I do?

Maybe you need a higher dosage. I know I sweat when I don't have enough hormones, and yes everywhere.

You can try walking briskly every day for 30 min. and cut down calories per day. I found that cutting out caffiene, sugar, junk food to help a lot with hormone problems.

I'm on Evamist, maximum dosage now. Funny enough, I don't have the all over hot flashes anymore, just this part. I'm not as cranky and just have begun to think straight. If somebody told me it would take more than a year to recover from this ...

I can't walk for long periods of time due to problems with my feet, something about bones being loose requiring surgery---which may be made worse of my weight. It's a vicious cycle.
