Any Advice - Lifted 6 year old how can I minimise damage

Hi all,
Been going really well, second set of antibiotics worked dissolving stitches cut out. Feeling realy positive, seven weeks in,when babysitting a 6 year old who wouldn't listen. I had to lift her away from something dangerous. Did it without thinking, felt it straight away. It was like rip and burn.
Tummy swollen, sore and feel bruised, pain similar to that pre op from previous scarringHusband mad at me.
Any pointers on minimising damage done.
Its so easy to forget it's at this point life gets frustrating as you feel better but aren't up to dealing with some things.
Need cheering up!

I agree. You need to call your doctor if you are having pain. Hope you feel better soon.

Re: Any Advice - Lifted 6 year old how can I minimise damage

Thank you ladies. Was hoping to avoid the doctors as I feel like I have been living in the surgery since I was operated on but will follow your advice.
On the positive side have spoiled myself today by doing nothing but nice gentle things I enjoy.
Feel bad for complaining as I have read lots of posts today and my problems are my own stupid fault, heart goes out to those who are struggling through no fault of their own.
