11 weeks post hysterectomy feeling pelvic pressure

I am wondering if feeling pelvic pressure this far post op is normal. I had adenomyosis and read it can take longer to recover. I went back to work full time Dec 28 and have been sitting in chair up to 10'hours a day and feel it is not helping me recover. Any suggestions on how to relieve pain. Should I call doctor.?

I would call the doctor. It is always better to be safe than sorry later.
