2 days post op fibroid/ovaries twisted

I had LAVH Monday afternoon. I have not had an appetite and I am still having gas pains, drinking lots of water. I do feel a little better each day. Uterus and ovaries removed, pathology report not back yet. He didn't see any endo but since I had endo symptoms and not fibroid symptoms I was surprised. Fibroids were growing outside uterus and had twisted ovaries, has anyone else been told that after surgery? I am anxious for pathology report to come back. I was very groggy when I talked to my doctor so I hope to learn a lot more in 2 weeks at my follow up. Would love to hear anyone else's stories on twisted ovaries caused by fibroids. I had no heavy or prolonged bleeding or other fibroid symptoms.

I had an ovary with a huge fibroid on it two years ago. The tumor had attached to my muscle wall in my abs as well as having the tube twist and get 'pinned' under my uterus.

This all happened prior to growing fibroids in my uterus and needing a hyster.
