Spotting 12 weeks after Hyster...Any ideas?

Getting personal - I woke up this morning to spotting in my undies. Had a Vag Hyst almost 12 weeks ago. Feeling great. Any ideas on what's going on?

I had spotting 12 weeks after my hysterectomy. It happened to me after I did one and one half hour exercise. I rested and it went away. Then I shoveled snow three weeks ago (20 inchese of snow), I started spotting that same night. I was told it takes a year to completely heal internally. A friend had hysterectomy in another country. The doctor told her not to stretch, run and lift heavy things for a year. Here the doctors told me that I can do everything. It is true to a point but I guess we will have to be careful and be good to our body. Also I heard it takes longer to heal in winter time. Hope I will get some feedbacks from other HysterSisters.
