Surgery Dec 9th and it's SAH!!

I'm so happy. My Doctor is a saint and has agreed to keep everything but my uterus and the large fibriod that has to go. He was the one who said he wanted to keep as much of me as possible and as much as I wanted. What a great Doctor.

Scheduled for Dec 9 and glad it's after Thanksgiving so I can have family here like usual.

When I asked him how long in the hospital he said 2 days, but if the day after surgery I am pooping
and up and about I can go home!!

Looking forward to no more pain, heavy bleeding, peeing ALL the time and getting "friendly" with my hubby again without having to 'be careful' because of pain.

I feel very blessed for the way things turned out today.

I am having sah on Oct 31, and I know what you mean about the pain, peeing and bleeding. I cant wait till its all over with and Im healed so that me an dh can get back to the way it use to be. Gosh I wish it was done and gone.. Good Luck..
