Home but tired!

Hi!
I came home yesterday, late morning, after I could prove that I could void my bladder. I was going to be discharged on Friday but my bladder was so full they had to reinsert the cathetar. I opted to stay in the hospital since my two oldest kids were getting ready for prom yesterday. The Doctor said if I stayed they would take the cath out on Saturday morning to see how I'd do and if I could have less than 100ccs in my bladder after 3 pees, I could go home. Well...I came home but I have to admit that I overdid it a bit. I went to the Grand March to see my kids with their dates and went to take pictures. I was pooped! I'm definitely taking it easy today. My pain is manageable but I'm going to send my hubby to the drug store to fill my prescriptions. I am peeing okay but feel a bit swollen and "tender" down there. I guess that's to be expected. I had a vaginal hysterctomy assisted by scope. I think the worst part is realizing what they did and where it was taken out. I'm very sore and irritated "down south". I'm ready to rest and relax.
I hope everyone will recuperate well and I think it is very important to be patient.
God Bless You All
