over 6mos post op

So I am glad I had the surgery but I still have pain during intercourse. It is really the only pain I have and is usually a week to two weeks prior to my cycle. I also still have a lot of premenstrual symptoms....headaches, moody, and cramps just not as bad as they used to be and my period is very lite, but I can deal with all that I couldn't deal with all the problems prior to surgery. I am wondering though if this has happened to others and when will it go away or should I get checked out again???

If you had PMS type symptoms before surgery, it is likely that you will still have them after. Probably a sign that your ovaries are working and cycling. Do talk with your doctor.
