fall 5 weeks postop TLH

I was my usual clutsy self and had a bad fall today. i stepped on an object that I didn't see on the floor and before i knew it I was falling. I tried to stop my fall and am now bruised everywhere and am worried that I may have caused internal damage. Does anyone have any idea what kinds of signs I would have that I have do any serious damage. The reason I am concerned is because my doctor has me on 325mg of asprin a day because of prior pulmonary embolism and dvt in leg pre surgery. I think I am just looking for some reassurance that everything will be ok just a bit nervous about any complications at this point. Have seen doctor last week everything going good until this (scare about pulling pain at 14 days turned out to be normal healing) and upset wth myself for being so clumsy. Appreciated advice to check with doctor on that issue and opinions on this disaster would be appreciated. Has anyone else had any issues with feeling really clumsy and losing balance at all?

Oh my -- I hope you are alright hon!!

Definately look for signs of pain and bleeding. If anything starts to feel "weird", most definately contact your doctor!! Try to rest up and stay off your feet. I hope all is well.

I would say if you start any new or bad bleeding or any new pain. I am so sorry that happened to you. I hope everything is ok!

Definately watch for signs of bleeding, if you are lightheaded, new pain, and if your abdomen is tighter than usual.
Hope you feel better
Take care of yourself and rest.
