Could this be a hernia?

I am unable to touch my toes after my robotic hysterectomy (ovaries and fallopian tubes still remain). I have not attempted to touch my toes for several months after the surgery. It is not something I can try again. What happens is my organs feel like they are being smashed or moved around when I bend over. It is extremely painful. I do not know what this could be? have no idea what a hernia or hard scar tissue does. Would it have this effect? It is quite scary.
