Week 5 Progress

It has been 5 weeks since my surgery and I have to say, I am feeling very good. I did really well following doctors instructions and I truly beleive it has made all the difference. I am even going to start back to work this week a few hours a day to prepare myself for after New Years when I go back full time.

This place has been a wealth of information. I have been telling everyone about it and told my Doctor too.

I still don't vacuum (dh is very good at this) and I do not lift anything heavy, but I have resumed most of my regular activities in the last week.

I have a work aquaintance that had surgery a month before me - she had a nightmare story! I have encouraged her to log on here to get info and support!!!

I'll be checking in from time to time! Thanks ladies!
