Enema help - doing my prep now..

Hello sisters!

I am sooooo scared...dr gave me a valium to take before bed tonight...anyway Im dong my prep whic involves giving an enema...can I do this sitting on the potty? Ive never done one to myself...Thank you!

For me it's worked better getting on my hands and knees on the bathroom floor. Insert the nozzle and let the enema in. It's uncomfortable! I either lay on the floor or kinda stick my rear in the air and put my chest and shoulders on the floor. If you sit on the toilet, you want to let it out right away. I set a timer or count and count really fast!
