Yes, that is good advice about being examined standing up. I didn't mention, but my cervix had dropped down 16 years prior when I was pregnant with my second son. Saw it, rushed to ER, and by the time I got there they said they couldn't see it, that it had moved back up. So these things do work that way. I would think standing they could feel something even if it wasn't outwardly visible. Gravity is my worst enemy.

Doctor called and said since the ED triage doctor didn't find anything she feels its part of healing process and wants me to increase ibuprofen to 800 mg and see her on 10/16. Ugh!!!!

It could just be swelling. That can happen after being on your feet more.
