Restless back syndrome, anyone?

Tomorrow will be one week since my LAVH/left ovary removal/bladder sling. The past few nights I've been waking up with discomfort in my back. I hesitate to call it pain; it's almost more of a tickly, niggly feeling like no matter how I position myself I can't stretch it out *enough.* I've taken to calling it "jimmy back." Anyone else BTDT? Any ideas what might help?

I kinda get that feeling when my spine is out of alignment. It feels like everything is all jammed together. If you have a chiropractor, you might want to see him. I married mine so I can get adjusted any time I need. Sometimes all the resting and sleeping can squish things up, especially if you're spending a lot of time in a recliner. Hope you feel better soon!

i am also having the back pain acky feeling i will be a week post op on thursday june 27 i have had this back pain sence i woke up from surgery

I do have that from time to time but for years.
What it is and why, I do not know, but it is more anoying than painfull.
