just got home

Dear ladies, thank you for all your support. I just arrived home. I,ve been home two days. I'm feeling very well. My only concern is my tummy is still very bloated. Any suggestions? I feel great!

you will stay bloated for quite a while....

not much you can do about it...but you can take Gas-x (with your doctor's approval) if you are feeling gassy

I'm still slightly bloated (I know everyone is different) but Gas-X really helped me FEEL less bloated and crampy from the gas, and I only took it once or twice.

Ask your doc if he/she approves like jamesgirl suggested - a lot of sisters recommend it! I do too!

Glad that you are home and doing fine. The bloating is apart of the recovery. It will subside after awhile. Be good to yourself, drink plenty of water, and rest, rest, rest.

Welcome home. Only way to get ride of the bloatedness is passing gas. I found the bloatedness painful, was so glas to pass wind, haha.

Hope you pass a heap of gas soon :P. A great tip I was told, when you need to do a bowel movment take a pillow to hold on your tummy. Best advice I have been givin so far!
