Re: Difficulty sleeping

Hello and welcome to the other side

You are not alone with the sleepless nights..... I have just come to accept the fact that it's another symptom of menopause for me. My husband is now retired and I don't work outside of the home so staying up all hours of the night isn't a big issue but I do feel for those who have to work and wake up early.

I had both ovaries removed as they suspected cancer and I am not sure if you had any of yours removed but from what I have read here, insomnia seems to be more common in my situation. You are very early into your healing process. Give yourself some time and hopefully you will be able to sleep well again and be comfortable. Your body has been through a lot of trauma and is recovering.

I just love this community, it has been a Godsend for me and it never sleeps.

Gentle ((hugs))

Can you take melatonin? It helps me and several members of the family.
