BTW on a semi-serious note (how can a discuss about panties ever be really serious?) with my da Vinci surgery I found I didn't need (or want) granny panties. I bought some nice, simple (no lace) low-cut stretchy black nylon panties by Warner's...happened to run across them for $3/pr at Tuesday Morning. I didn't need the ab support that the TAH ladies need, and I found that the higher panties irritated my multiple (5) incisions; a couple of them were tender. The low-rise panties were just perfect, they barely touched my lowest incision and that happened to be the one that hurt the least.

White panties...gosh, what a concept. I still can't get over it!

That is hysterical, because I have so been there before. And I hadn't even thought about the fact that I won't need to worry about that anymore!

And Limarie -- I haven't bought any pretty panties yet, but I did get a new nightgown and robe and have been shopping for some fun sundresses for after I get home. I'm loving having a reason to shop!

I am severley allergic to the stretchy mesh panties they use at the hospital. Severely allergic!

As for my pads and tampons, I'm donating them to a local women's shelter.
