No Date: Scared.. MUST have surgery

i have been very confused as well- should i take my local gyn who i like and respect (down side- he can't do me till jan and he is doing a tah bso) or take a gyn out of town who would probably do a lap and spinal, let me pick bso or not- i hemmmmed and haaawwwwwed and thought and typed and spoke to anyone who would listen.
In the end i decided i would go with my local gyn, i am comfortable with him, the hospital is 1o minutes away instead of 90 mins, my sister in law works there and she will keep an eye on me and send her friends to visit me, there will only be a short uncomfortable ride home- i trust my gyn even though i did not like all the answers he gave me- he said i take my responsibility to you seriously, and i am giving you both my professional opinion and my personal opinion.
soooo i made the decision and i'm goint to try not to keep hashing it out, it is a long time to wait...

I have been reminded so clearly why this site is such a BLESSINGto read your post and and watch the love and encouragement we are priviledged to have from all of the sister You are in control of your destiny and I am glad you will be closer to home, because truly if you trust the Dr. they are in and out licket split compared to recovery.
