Preop for DaVinci

Mine isn't for another 5 weeks, but what were your pre op instructions form the doctor? Just curious if there are specifics....

When I met with my doctor for an ultrasound a month before my surgery I asked if there was anything I could do to help prepare and the only thing he told me to try not to bleed. Hmmm...that's what got me into this whole situation....haha! I did step up my excercise routine a little just to make sure I was going in strong but nothing other than that. I didn't have to do any other bowel prep other than a clear liquid diet the day before. I did have to wash with hibicleanse the night before and the morning of surgery but nothing else special.

My surgery was Sept. 14th. I had a pre op appt on the12th. with dr and then he ordered blood work on the preadmit on the 13th. at hosp and of course nothing to eat or drink after midinght!
