How many of you with ovaries still developed vaginal atrophy?

Question for ladies who have kept their ovaries: how many of you still ended up with vaginal atrophy (or some form of BAD dryness) post surgery? And did it go away eventually? My ovaries are apparently working to some extent (FSH low) but it always seems to come as a shock to doctors that I've developed this problem.
