Question

Hi, this Wednesday will be my 4 week mark since surgery. Today, I am sooo tired, having some dizziness and a slight headache. At my 2 week check-up my doctor changed my hormone patch from .05 to .075 and that helped me with not having headaches, dizziness, in fact I have not had it since he upped the dosage until today. I change it twice a wekk and I changed it Saturday.

Friday and Saturday I did more walking and shopping ( feeling better thought I could) I am wondering if that has anything to do with it as I have felt bad all day??

I mean do I not need to do much of anything for 6 weeks?? I know you get to feeling so much better and you want to get out and I will admit I am so tired when I do get out in the evening when I do.

Thanks, Susan

Question

Susan,

I understand how you are feeling.

I would suggest calling your doctor and letting him/her know what you are experiencing.

I had a dizziness and headaches when I used the vivelle patch briefly. I don't know if that is the one you are using. There is another patch the climara patch. I did better on that one.

You may have done too much this weekend. I understand you may be feeling really good, bit it is easy to over do it.

I hope you can find what is causing your dizziness and headaches.
