I am going to get me some of that! I sweat at the drop of the hat. And last night I woke up at 3am and couldn't go back to sleep at all! And I am still pre opt.

I've been on Estroven since a week after my surgery along with 25 mg of Doxepin at bedtime for my fibromyalgia. This helps alot. Doxepin is a tricyclic antidepressent. It is prescribed in subtheraputic doses for fibromyalgia, but some women also get relief from menopausal symptoms from tricyclics.

My Dr. actually prescribed Dixarit for me but I am nervous about using it as it "may" make my blood pressure plumet ( as she put it ) ..not a comforting thought. That and the fact I can't have a glass or 2 of wine while on it...and right now I want my wine!

The night sweats are bad, but a few weeks ago i had to excuse myself from a meeting because i felt as though someone had dumped a bucket of water over my face and chest... So embarrassed. All were women but 30 years younger...
