Confused

pixiedust!!!

I am so sorry that you are in pain and are now confused by what your doctor is telling you! I'm sorry that you ended up with Respiratory problems in March! I'm glad you are feeling better from that now! I would like to suggest that if you are having questions/doubts/confusion about your current doctor, that you seek out another opinion or two!!! You deserve to feel comfortable with your physician and any decisions reguarding your health!!!! Perhaps the reason your doctor is wanting you to wait until May is to allow your body time to heal from the infection!!

I am sorry that you and your DH had troubles last time! I hope he is being more supportive now. You might want to print out the list of FAQ for family/friends and let him read it.

He may just not know what to expect. I would also like to suggest having him go with you to your doctor~it may help ease his fears/concerns!!! IF you seek out another doctors opinion, I would definately take your DH along so that he can hear it all for himself!!!

I hope things are better for you now than they were in March and that you and your DH are in more agreeance over this! You do not need to have added stresses!!! Please try to get him to talk to you about what surgery means to him. Many men are just scared....scared of loosing us, scared we change, scared they can't do all that we need them to do....scared for whatever reason. IMHO, many times, they love us and just feel so out of control when it comes to our female issues... men are fixers, by nature and they can't fix us!!!! But, they can learn to be supportive and loving to us when we need them!!! I hope that y'all are doing better!!!

Hope you get the answers you need!

's,
Ronda
