Sharp pain at incision site

I'm one week post op, and surgery went well despite my uterus and bladder both attached to c-section scar. I caught pneumonia so had to spend 3 days in hospital. I'm home now... feeling great as far as surgery goes...until last night I had some sharp pain at the lower right incision point... stabbing pain. It went away after a few hours, and now is a dull pain... is this normal? Should I call the doctor? Thanks, Jkay
