halloween hysterectomy

melissa
i called my doctor(pyschiarist). he said i should be just fine, of course it was a short conversaton and he could have been just passifying me because he's a busy man. but maybe not. i could be making a big deal out of nothing, i'm just leary about it. i just got my psych meds right. i'd hate to have to start all over again. but, i think i'll be fine. if i'm not, i'm sure they can fix what's wrong. i hope. sometimes i feel like i'm just floating along not really knowing what i'm doing. the only family i have to talk about this sort of thing and they're all men, and they REALLY don't understand. (oh, in case i forgot to say why i'm having this proceedure is, i have endometriosis) i will write you and let you know it goes. thak you so much for concern.

scheduled for surgery

HI Jenabean!

I'm going the day before you, so we'll have our Coronations together. Halloween is my favorite holiday too, so my DH is bringing one of those fake "funkins" to my room to cheer me. Just think! We'll be almost healed in time for the winter holidays, all the better to enjoy them. We'll sit on our improvised and plush thrones, supervising Thanksgiving, if you're American. The rest of our lives will hopefully be pain-free!

scheduled for surgery

Hi Jennifer, I just had a hysterectomy on 10/9 and it went just fine. I too was nervous before and the ladies here said that is normal. We can all relate. My surgery was a walk in the park. I know that sounds cliche, but I feel so much better now. I'm just really happy that I did it and wish I had done it sooner. I know that is not the case for everyone, but that's my two cents worth. Definitely talk with your doctor about the issues that you have. The doctor needs to know everything that you are going through so he/she can help. I will be thinking of you and hope you are feeling better. My heart and prayers go out to you. Love Sneaker
