5 weeks Post Op

I had the robot assisted full hysterectomy 5 weeks ago due to fibroids, severe endometriosis and constant pain. Everthing was removed.
Due to the endo I am not on any hormones. I am having crying spells, brain fog and
I am surprised how much pain I am still in. I am not a small women, maybe that is why but, I thought by 5 weeks I would be better than I am now.

I was pain on my right side, and I cry all the time. The pain is so awful it makes me shake like a leaf.

Does anyone else still have so much pain at 5 weeks. I still have to take 1-2 pain pills a day.

Hi Blinky. I had my surgery just about a week ahead of you.I had an LAVH-leaving ovaries..I just want to say i connect with how your feeling. Ive had lots of pain and discomfort and emotional ups and downs, my pain is on my left side..Ime not in severe shaking pains tho and I was wondering have you been able to talk with your doctor about how severe your pain is that it makes you shake and have u discussed with anyone about hormone replacement. Also ime so sorry for the endo, i didnt have that, but ive heard its sooo very painful and ime so sorry for your pain. I wonder if a doc has an answer if the pain is from the endo..Were all here for you in here. And i hope other women in here will respond that are going through same thing as you..My heart is with you...
