Less then 7 hrs. to the castle

Here I am at 11:45 pm the night before surgery, and
wide awake. I don't feel nervous, but sleep is the last
thing on my mind. I am listening to David Letterman
bashing AOL. Everyone is asleep, even my two trusty
dogs by my side.
Thank you hystersisters for all your support and
encouragement you have given me and all LIW.
It really has made the six week waiting period much
more tolerable. I have researched until I am sick of
researching. I am ready to do the deed and get rid
of the very large fibroid and 18-20 week enlarged uterus.
Good bye to my organs that have not treated me very
well lately.
Please pray for me that my surgery will be successful,
uneventful, and that I have a speedy recovery. All of
us in the castle this week could use those prayers.
Thank you again for being hystersisters.

The waiting is the worst! Once you're there they give you something to make you goofy in your iv and the next thing you know it's all over and the nasty fibroids are gone!

Good luck -- sleep tonight if you can with all our encouragement and best wishes!

Katie
